In order for a school culture to be effective you need a system with a clear philosophy, people that have made their identity a priority, shared beliefs and convictions, a formula for change, a definition of an effectively functioning human being, a clear picture of the destructive forces that destroy a positive culture, a program for evicting envy from the environment, interventions to assist those that are hurt, have negative habits and hang-ups, short term goals where people write personal, relational and academic goals, and driven by core ethical values that include kindness and compassion!

Unfortunately the further our American culture strays from its founding Judeo-Christian founding principles, the worse it gets. The Golden Rule needs to be paramount and we all know the foundation of it; however, it is not permissable to even utter His name in our public school system anymore.
