Model Teachers Say…
Anger Management
Give them their own “cure”:
2 laps around the gym,
3 cartwheels,
twirl 5 times, and
2 sips of water
When you see the frustration or anger building, acknowledge with understanding and ask the child to CURE themselves.

Model Teachers Say when kids are angry provide a safe place for kids to express their anger. Here’s a few ideas from teachers in Sacramento, California for adding to you anger management Centers:
Stomp on an egg carton.
Blow up a balloon, then stomp on it.
Take a quick walk with the child rather than try to help them manage their anger. It tends to help them overcome their anger and do
something to improve the situation.
