Responsibility Management Seminars include numerous tools for the classroom teacher. Posters similar to this one are being used

by educators to develop a theme of responsibility in a classroom. Each of these concepts need an explanation and time for the class to internalize. For example, we talk about the “3 Before Me” rule that clearly communicates the students are to get help from 3 other people before they come see me.
