Jennifer was the driving force in recognizing that kids that were not clear about the importance of respect in middle school relationships were not going to be effective as people. Her tireless efforts in promoting school wide Respect training has brought her district wide recognition. Jennifer recognizes that by expanding kids relational currency you can promote more truth. The total staff commitment at Cerro Villa is because of Jennifers passion and hard work in placing respect on the front burner. When you take care of respect in relationships, relationships grow in becoming secure and stronger.

Linda was selected not only for her contributions to her students through her Character -Centered Leadership class she teaches to students at Winfield – Mt. Union Community School in Iowa but because of the great impact she has made with the entire teaching staff at the school. Linda teaches Students that who they are on the inside (Values Beliefs and Perceptions) is what determines how they behave in general She reports that her students are usually surprised to learn how their minds affect their feelings and behavior Students in Linda
