Dear Gene,

I recently attended your seminar in Cleveland, Ohio on March 31 2006. I heard about you from another teacher and decided to go. I knew you were going to have great ideas but I had no idea that all of it would hit so close to home. You see I work for the Cleveland YMCA. Even though most of my activities are based on the Ohio Academic Content Standards I teach so much more. The Y strives to teach children respect, responsibility and trust because most of them don’t get it anywhere else. Everything you talked about revolve around those three things. It was amazing! Thank you so much for the material and renewing my enthusiasm about helping these kids with their problems.
