This process is used school wide to get together to discuss concerns or issues with students, work toward common goals, share ideas and develop curriculum.

The staff is divided up according to goals, such as: Early Years, Literacy, Math, Difficult Children, etc.

The PCL meets twice a month, once after monthly staff meetings and a second meeting during another time of the month agreed upon by participants.
