Anger Management Journal
I agree to use my anger management journal when the following situations occur:
1. When I become frustrated.
2. When I become angry toward a peer or an adult.
When these situations occur, please write in your journal about the following:
1. What caused or triggered the anger or frustration?
2. How did you respond to the cause?
3. What was the result of your response?
4. How did you resolve the situation?
5. What better choices did/could you make?
When you do not need to utilize your anger management journal, please use a time at the end of each day to write about your day.
