Four Major Fears

Fears that prevent us becoming all that we can tend to show up

In the following areas. Failure to progress, having inadequate resources, lack of knowledge or failure to achieve. Another way to characterize these fears is:

1-Fear of Not Doing Enough-

2-Fear of Not Having Enough

3-Fear of not Knowing Enough

4-Fear of Not Being Enough

Here s just a few of the Fears we face. We tend to deny they exist or we withdraw and attempt to control the contributing factors

Autophobia: Fear of being alone

Aviatophobia: Fear of flying

Atychiphobia: Fear of failure

Arachnephobia: Fear of spiders

Agyrophobia: Fear of crossing streets

Acrophobia: Fear of heights

Cancerphobia: Fear of cancer

Claustrophobia: Fear of confined spaces

Dentophobia: Fear of dentists.

Eremophobia: Fear of lonliness. Fear of being alone

Glossophobia: Fear of speaking in public or of trying to speak

Hypsiphobia: Fear of high places

Isopterophobia: Fear of termites

Thanatophobia: Fear of death or dying
