Encouraging Words
“A lot more kids have become far more responsible than we thought they would because someone believed they could.”
Be a teacher that lets kids know that it resides within them to master the tasks and goals set for them.
Always keep in mind that you have the power to influence students or to become another obstacle that prevents them from achieving the desired goals. How you present yourself and the confidence you express can be the turning points for students.
Use words like “You can always count on me being here on the sidelines cheering you on” I’ll be here in your balcony as a supporter that won’t quit” It resides within you I’m confident it will happen”
Such words of encouragement will pay high dividends now and in the future.
