Evaluations from Seminars
This was one of the most enjoyable seminars I have ever been to. I had more fun here than at my last party? The strategies look fun to use and will be a refreshing change from the typical approaches to discipline. I don’t want to hear about maintaining behavior check lists for every student any more!
Gene has a gift — he’s extremely creative & caring. His comments were so funny — he could do standup comedy!

Hi Gene,
I was at your seminar Monday and went back to my class today and implemented the “string on the lap” for the student who can’t sit still on the carpet. I was shocked how quickly it worked and even when I excused him from the carpet he had to remind me about the string. Later in the day the student even reminded me to put the string on his lap after we came back from lunch.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

P.S. I also introduced the TTB and plan to use it tomorrow.

This was by far the most enjoyable and interesting seminar I have attended in years. I have been an Early Childhood teacher for 35 years and still learned some new techniques and valuable insights. Thank you!

Excellent!! Wish I could take Gene to our in-service. His message is what all schools and parents need today. This book is a great resource because he gave us so much info. I actually can’t wait to go to school tomorrow to implement his ideas right away.
Thanks.

Incredible! Fun, yet practical ideas, that can easily be implemented. Highly recommended. Mr. Bedley is a true professional full of ideas, experience and wisdom. Thank you!

This was an excellent seminar! Gene was incredible. No one teaches these skills when you’re leaning how to be a teacher. There are no discipline classes in grad school. This is a weaker part of my teaching that I still struggle with after 10 years of teaching. Gene gave practical, meaningful, and important discipline strategies. “Replacing the behavior” and giving the children options will help guide me as I try to implement these strategies in my classroom. It’s so true that relationships with the children is key!

Gene’s presentation was excellent! The ideas presented will be so helpful — I am anxious to use some in my class! I am also excited about sharing the ideas with my entire school. His love for children was so evident and it reminds us all as to why we teach — the love and welfare of our children!! Entire program was WONDERFUL!

This was a terrific seminar and I am going back a more effective teacher and person. The tools were practical. You were realistic in your expectations and I see vast applications for what you spoke about — and not only at school.
This needs to be a part of every new teacher training, parent workshop, etc. Thanks so very much.

You have given me so much hope to be able to reach so many special needs children. I can’t thank you enough for sharing all of your knowledge. I have to present this information next month. I know my colleagues will truly enjoy and use your resources.

Excellent! An abundant amount of practical ideas. Made me stop and look at how I interact with my difficult students. Can’t wait to start putting this into practice.
