One of the goals of Responsibility Management is to purify the problem,
come up with possible solutions, and put the pencil in kids’ hands. It’s
important to invite kids to self correct and guide them into responsible
decision making!
1. What happened?
Get kids to state the problem.
Verbalization leads to conceptualization!
2. How can you fix this?
Anything you do for your children they will let you!
It’s important to invite the child who makes a poor choice
to explore the positive options!
3. What will you do next time?
Invite the children to come up with alternatives that includes a:
a.) Plan b.) Reminder c.) Promise
